#R1# Bleak misses with a two punch combination.
Back has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Bleak lands a really nice looking cross but Back seems unphased.
We've been hearing reports that Bleak has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Bleak looks for the body kick but Back saw that one coming. #TD# Back gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Back utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Bleak scoring with punches to the head and body. Bleak throwing strikes from guard but Back blocks nicely. Bleak knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Back on the ground. Bleak scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Bleak arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Back's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

#R1# Kong walks forward, straight into a front kick from Back. Kong swats away the attempt to clinch by Back.#TD2# Kong looking to score a takedown here. Back is defending well but Kong drives through and ends up in Back's guard. Back definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Back is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#SUB# Back is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kong throwing strikes but missing. Kong tries to free his leg and advance position but Back is retaining full guard. Kong prevents Back from getting back to his feet. Kong won't allow Back to sweep him here. Kong throws a big elbow that misses. Kong content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kong accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T1# Kong trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kong landing with the ground and pound. #CUT2# It looks like Mo Back has been cut. Kong trying to control the position from guard on top but Back is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kong working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Back's head. Kong wants to control from the top but Back keeps moving. Back working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kong. Kong cracks Back with a solid left hand. Kong lands a couple of elbows. Kong stands up over Back, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. #ROC2# Back is rocked! Kong gets to his feet and stands over Back, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Back felt that one! Kong unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Back from any more punishment!

#R1##TD2# Back changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stafford looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Sloppy strikes there by Back.#SUB2# Back is trying to get an arm triangle but Stafford is defending well. Stafford keeps Back under control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Back trying to control the position but Stafford is working away. Stafford tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Back wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stafford can't do much from the bottom here. Back tries to score with some ground and pound. Stafford controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Stafford parries the strikes from Back easily there. Back is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Stafford to escape.
#T1# The referee asks Back politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Back prefers to stall for the moment though. Back scoring with punches and elbows. Back wants to stand but Stafford is controlling his arm. Back slows the pace down. Back tries to stand but Stafford is controlling his head. Back looks up at the clock and then as Stafford takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Back smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
#CUT2# It looks like Jean Stafford has been cut.#T2# Stafford can't do much from the bottom here. Back in the domination position with Stafford hanging on. Back misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Stafford knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Back on the ground. Back wants to stand but Stafford is controlling his arm.#SUB2# Back tries for a kimura but Stafford is defending well. Stafford is letting Back control him for a moment. Back in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. #T3# Back works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.#CUT2# Jean Stafford's cut is getting worse.#SUB2# Back tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Back is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. It looks like Back might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Stafford is not content to let Back control the position. Back happy to just control the position for now. #T4# Back lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Stafford down.
