Izquierdo lands the left hand.

Strife shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Izquierdo counters with a nice body shot.
Izquierdo misses the shot to the body.
Strife looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Izquierdo is fending him off so far but Strife persists. Nope, Izquierdo circles away and we're back to standing.
Strife dives in for a single leg takedown but Izquierdo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lloyd Strife. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Izquierdo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Strife thinking.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Strife takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Strife takes a swing at Antonio's ribcage but misses.
Strife should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Strife looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Antonio is fending him off so far but Strife persists. Nope, Antonio circles away and we're back to standing.
A little feinted left hand from Antonio on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Strife feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Strife, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
