Beachgon can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Betts controls the pace. Beachgon looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Betts has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Betts loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Betts is looking to work some ground and pound but Beachgon has wrist control. Beachgon keeping moving, preventing Betts from controlling successfully. Beachgon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Betts. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Beachgon pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Betts back to the cage. Beachgon follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Betts throws a hook but Beachgon blocks it. Beachgon throws a sloppy head kick and Betts moves out of range easily. Beachgon goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Beachgon looks winded! Beachgon throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Beachgon shoots in looking for a takedown but Betts manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Beachgon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Cameron Betts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Doadan Beachgon. Beachgon misses with a takedown attempt letting Rampatan counter with a right hand. Rampatan connects with a body shot that sends Beachgon's belly button to the back. Beachgon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Beachgon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rampatan throws out a loose jab but Beachgon uses good head movement to avoid it. #CL2# Beachgon moves into the clinch successfully.

Rampatan throws out a loose jab but Beachgon uses good head movement to avoid it. Rampatan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Beachgon tries to move into range but Rampatan moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.#ROC# Beachgon is rocked! Beachgon leaves his chin hanging out and Rampatan seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Beachgon crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Beachgon can't fight it off and eventually Rutkowski manages to take the fight to the floor. Beachgon looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Beachgon preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Beachgon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rutkowski on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rutkowski is working Beachgon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Rutkowski works a leg free and moves into half guard. Beachgon wants to improve his position but Rutkowski is controlling well.

Shaw tries to stand but Beachgon is controlling from the bottom. Shaw trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shaw wants to control from the top but Beachgon keeps moving. #T1##SUB2# Beachgon is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Shaw is aware though and is defending well.
