#R1# Texas bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Von Kugelschnitzel's head. Texas shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Von Kugelschnitzel but Von Kugelschnitzel pushes him off and we're back to square one. Von Kugelschnitzel scores with a leg kick.
Texas getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Texas throws a shot from downtown. Von Kugelschnitzel moves away and avoids it. Von Kugelschnitzel should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Texas wants to clinch. Von Kugelschnitzel lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Texas jumps guard but Von Kugelschnitzel turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Texas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Von Kugelschnitzel tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Texas avoids it. Von Kugelschnitzel's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Texas definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Von Kugelschnitzel has a couple of punches blocked by Texas.

Texas lunges at Von Kugelschnitzel with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Von Kugelschnitzel's hand. Von Kugelschnitzel with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryan Texas! Ryan Texas spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
