Rouse shoots in and drives through. Barajas sprawls well.
Barajas misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rouse looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rouse throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Round Rouse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rouse will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Barajas is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Round Rouse. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Barajas is pressed up against the cage. Rouse has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Barajas down to the mat. Barajas avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Barajas creates a bit of distance and unloads a huge uppercut that knocks Rouse out cold! The ref dives in to break up the two fighters! The fight is over!
