#R1# Hawk throws a right and a left that Kowalkiewicz avoids nicely. Hawk throws a series of punches but Kowalkiewicz avoids them all with ease. Hawk misses with a few strikes there.
Kowalkiewicz looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kowalkiewicz tests Hawk's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hawk pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kowalkiewicz back to the cage. Hawk follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. We've been informed that Hawk has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Hawk throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hawk knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. A lull in the action here as Gracie stalls from top position.#SUB# Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hawk wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!#T1# Hawk is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Hawk is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Hawk really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gracie controlling the position. As Moss backs off Hawk throws a huge counter combo but Moss manages to avoid it all.#TD# Moss shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hawk is trying to defend but Moss finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Moss is figuring out what he wants to do next. Hawk won't allow Moss to pass to mount. Hawk moves into full guard.
Moss showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Hawk looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#SUB2# Hawk had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Moss defends it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moss won't allow Hawk to sweep him here. #T1# Hawk is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Moss is in close to Hawk's body, working some short punches and elbows. Hawk follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight! #ROC#Varengir is rocked! Varengir looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hawk would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Hawk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Varengir working a defensive guard here.

Despite the aggression on Hawk's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Hawk has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Pantsa is landing a low percentage of strikes. Pantsa moves in looking to clinch but Hawk pushes him off. Hawk is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Pantsa throws a series of punches but Hawk moves out of range. Pantsa goes for a double leg but Hawk avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hawk continues to drive forward. Pantsa pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hawk back to the cage. Pantsa follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Pantsa shoots for a takedown but Hawk saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Hawk throws a counter combo. Hawk circles away from the clinch attempt#KD2# and Hawk counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Pantsa down! Hawk is looking to finish but Pantsa is intelligently defending himself. Hawk is stalling in the full guard. Hawk lands a couple of decent looking shots.#T1# A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hawk accidentally thumps the mat. A punch lands to the side of Hawk 's head but he takes it in his stride.#CL2# Popeye gets a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hawk jumps guard but Popeye stands there with Hawk around his waist. Hawk gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

A slow jab from Chang misses its intended target. Hawk lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Chang scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hawk in his tracks. Chang is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Chang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hawk was well out of range. Poor timing from Chang. Chang lands a jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ching Chang dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Chang lands with an overhand left. Chang ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Donk. Chang catches Hawk right on the button with a cross. Chang is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hawk can do to turn this around? Hawk moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Chang feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hawks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!#ROC# Hawk is rocked! Chang lands a nice shot to the body.
Hawk is still on wobbly legs! Can Chang finish him? Chang pounces like a tiger and cracks Hawk with a vicious hook! Hawk is down but not out! Chang follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
