That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Nolan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Podkalns - the referee stops the clock and Nolan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Podkalns. Nolan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Nolan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Podkalns.
Podkalns should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.#KD#
Nolan drops Podkalns with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Podkalns looks back up at him and smiles so Nolan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed. #CUT#

Sarik tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nolan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sarik somewhat.
Sarik goes for a double leg but Nolan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Nolan continues to drive forward.
Nolan changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Sarik moves to clinch but Nolan breaks away
and Nolan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sarik cracks Nolan with a right hand to the side of the head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sarik switches off momentarily and Nolan cracks him with a monster right hand! Sarik topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Nolan dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Nolan!
