Whitehead is fighting to break Schwartz's control of his arms but Schwartz is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Schwartz tries to land a sweep but no joy. Schwartz really is a fat lump. Schwartz has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Whitehead trying to control the position from guard on top but Schwartz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Schwartz trying to strike off his back.
Whitehead trying to control but Schwartz is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Schwartz pulls Whitehead in close to prevent any damage. Whitehead scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Whitehead wants to control from the top but Schwartz keeps moving. Schwartz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Whitehead dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Schwartz. That did some damage! Schwartz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Whitehead has his takedown stuffed and Schwartz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Whitehead throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Schwartz is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Whitehead.#T4# Whitehead lands a head shot. No luck with that takedown attempt from Whitehead. Schwartz tries to counter by clinching up but Whitehead breaks away and moves out of range. Faustino Schwartz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Whitehead.#TD# Schwartz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Schwartz loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Schwartz stands up over Whitehead, holding his feet. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Whitehead just misses with a elbow thrown towards Schwartz's brow. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Faustino Schwartz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Whitehead. Schwartz is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Whitehead to keep the fight standing. Schwartz blocks a knee to the body. Schwartz lands a couple of good shots and Whitehead has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Schwartz scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Schwartz lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

And that's the end of the fight! Faustino Schwartz showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Schwartz, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
