Christopher Irwin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Da Santiago throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fulcher.
Fulcher tries to close the distance and clinch but Da Santiago swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A slapping leg kick lands for Da Santiago.
Da Santiago cracks Fulcher with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Da Santiago keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Da Santiago rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fulcher moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fulcher has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Da Santiago.
Fulcher shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Da Santiago but Da Santiago pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Da Santiago throws a right and a left that both miss.
Da Santiago throws a lazy right hand but Fulcher sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lloyd feints a jab promting Fulcher to slip. Lloyd then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fulcher slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Lloyd throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Fulcher's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Lloyd dives in looking to finish as Fulcher flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Lloyd's strikes! Lloyd is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Fulcher's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Fulcher was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
