#R1# Waters blocks a jab. Waters tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Marshall defends well and Waters ends up having to push Marshall into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Waters shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Marshall but Marshall pushes him off and we're back to square one. Waters throws a head kick that half lands.
Marshall throws a big shot that misses. Waters changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Marshall uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Waters has time to react. Marshall slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Waters dives in and grabs Marshall's left leg, looking for a takedown. Marshall pushes down on Waters's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Deep Waters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Waters takes one to the side of the head.
Marshall circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Waters to the canvas! Waters doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Marshall keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
