Ukkonen connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pravda. Pravda circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Pravda shoots in for a double leg but Ukkonen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Pravda throws a nice looking combination but Ukkonen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ukkonen looks to land a combination but Pravda avoids it well. Ukkonen's corner calls for a 1-2. Ukkonen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. #TD# Pravda darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Ukkonen trying to control but Pravda postures up.
Pravda wants to pass to mount but Ukkonen is defending the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pravda thuds his shin into the meat of Correia's side. Correia throws a looping overhand right but Pravda ducks down to avoid it. Pravda with a poor takedown and Correia counters with a stiff right hand. Correia connects with a single shot there. Correia misses with a straight left. No joy there for Pravda, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Pravda darts in looking for a takedown but Correia gets double underhooks and turns Pravda into the cage. Correia looks like he wants to counter punch here. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pravda prevents a body shot from Correia. Pravda can't find room to land a body shot as Correia controls the action.

Karlson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pravda but Pravda pushes him off and we're back to square one. Volodymyr Pravda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Magnus V Karlson. Karlson fails with a takedown attempt. Pravda stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pravda wants it to stay on the feet. Pravda fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Karlson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Pravda displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Karlson. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pravda has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
