Barone drops West with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but West looks back up at him and smiles so Barone waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

West is rocked!
West avoids the head kick by Barone.
Oh West is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Barone fails with an attempt to clinch.
West seems to have got his legs back now.
Barone darts in trying to clinch
and West counters with a nice uppercut.
A head kick by Barone - that's a beauty! West is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Barone can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Giuseppe Barone!
A less than humble Giuseppe Barone misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
