A momentary lapse in concentration from Slip Sale enables Repstien to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Slip Sale manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Slip Sale is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Slip Sale really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Repstien. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Slip Sale scores with a takedown into Repstien's guard.
Slip Sale controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Repstien doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Repstien looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slip Sale is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Slip Sale really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Repstien feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
