It looks like Nick Hopkins has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Minister misses the target.

We've been told by Hopkins 's head coaches at Rio Fight Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Hopkins was out before he hit the floor!

Pulev has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hopkins is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pulev yanks on the arm and Hopkins is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pulev.
