#CL2# Red Eagle rushes Bakocevic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Bakocevic fails to pull guard.
Red Eagle lands with a short head shot on the inside. Red Eagle creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Bakocevic with a big uppercut! Bakocevic tries to clinch up but Red Eagle pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Bakocevic to the mat! Bakocevic covers up and Red Eagle unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Tacktheritrix throws a jab but it's blocked by Bakocevic. Bakocevic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tacktheritrix as he avoids it easily. A little jabbing left from Tacktheritrix on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bakocevic. Fafa tries to avoid it but Bakocevic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fafa to the ground. Fafa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nice takedown defense from Fafa. No joy for Bakocevic on that attempt. It looked like Fafa was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Bakocevic avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bakocevic takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Bakocevic takes a body punch but keeps moving. A looping hook to the body misses from Bakocevic. Fafa does a little dance to reset his feet. Bakocevic tries to clinch but Fafa moves out of range. Fafa misses with a two punch combination.
A lazy left from Fafa finds it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bakocevic fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fafa avoids it really well and circles away. Jeff Fafa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bakocevic has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Lee looks for the body kick but Bakocevic saw that one coming. Bakocevic now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Bakocevic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bakocevic. Bakocevic avoids the head kick by Lee.
