#R1# Lamb digs a good hook to Rei's body.
Lamb's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Lamb duly obliges. Lamb lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rei backs up against the cage.
This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Lamb. Lamb fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rei looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Rei shoots for a double leg takedown but Lamb sprawls well. He's pushed Rei's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Rei takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lamb bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rei's head backwards. Lamb scores with a hook to the body. Rei takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Lamb scores with a jab to the jaw. Lamb lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lamb. Nice body punch from Lamb. Lamb scores with a body shot.
Lamb connects with a body shot. Left hook, right uppercut from Lamb. Rei gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lamb. Lamb connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Rei takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Lamb is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Rei rather than just go for the knockout.#T1# Rei drops his hands momentarily and Lamb takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. It's a brutal combination of punches from Lamb! Rei is backing up but he can't get away as Lamb lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Rei and ends the fight. Great knockout.

#R1##TD2# Rei shoots in and bounces Bebbanburg off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.#SUB2# Rei drops back looking for a leg! Bebbanburg is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bebbanburg manages to kick Rei off! Rei jumps back into Bebbanburg's guard. #SUB# Bebbanburg has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rei can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bebbanburg keeping moving, preventing Rei from controlling successfully. Bebbanburg has control of Rei's left arm, preventing Rei from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rei stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bebbanburg swivels though and keeps the full guard. #SUB2# Rei drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rei jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Rei looking to pass the guard. #SUB2# Rei drops back looking for a leg! Bebbanburg is in trouble here! Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bebbanburg on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bebbanburg tries to get out of the position.#SUB# Bebbanburg has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rei can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bebbanburg will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bebbanburg throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Rei is fighting to break Bebbanburg's control of his arms but Bebbanburg is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Bebbanburg tries to land a sweep but no joy. #T3# Rei looking to pass the guard. #SUB2# Bebbanburg wants to reverse the position here. Rei has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Bebbanburg is forced to tap! Bebbanburg looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.

Rei feinted with a counter takedown.#CL2# Duffy takes the fight into the clinch. #BC2# Duffy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rei shoots in but no luck this time. Duffy scores with a one two! Rei had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. #CUT2# It looks like Kano Rei has been cut. Rei misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#CL2# Rei gets tackled into the cage by Duffy. Duffy maintains the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duffy misses with a punch to the body.
Rei tries to score a body lock takedown but Duffy shows good agility there to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kano Rei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rei tries for a takedown but Duffy manages to get underhooks.

Rei shoots in for a takedown but Duffy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Despite the aggression on Duffy's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Duffy misses with a head kick.

Rei is breathing heavily. A short body shot lands from Veena as the two fighters clinch.
A shot in the inside from Veena. Veena scores with an uppercut up the middle. Veena lands with a short head shot on the inside. Veena scores with a hook to the body. A short right from Veena. Veena lands a right hand. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Veena lands with a left to the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Veena lands a shoulder strike. A short left from Veena. Rei letting Veena take a breather here. Veena softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Veena lands with a left to the head. Veena working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. #R1# Nice body punch from Smith. Rei fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A nice side step and Smith releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Smith connects with a body shot that sends Rei's belly button to the back. Rei takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Smith ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Smith scores with a one two! Rei had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Rei moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Smith scores with a jab to the body. Rei shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side. Smith let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Nate Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Smith scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Smith stalks Rei and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rei's face. Rei staggers backwards, shaken. Smith defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rei. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kano Rei. That's going to take a lot out of him. Smith jabs Rei to the body, keeping him at a distance. Smith stuns Rei with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.#T1# Rei takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Rei looks for a takedown but Smith sprawls well. Rei could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Smith scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Rei shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily. Rei takes a jab right on the kisser.

Smith works Rei's body with a nice hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Smith scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Smith fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Rei shoots in but no luck this time. Rei shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Smith but Smith pushes him off and we're back to square one. Smith connects with a body shot.#T2# Smith scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rei doesn't seem bothered though. Smith connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Rei momentarily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Rei. Smith has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.#TD# Rei throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Smith was covering up waiting for the punch and Rei finishes the takedown easily into guard. Rei looking to pass the guard. Rei advances position into side control! Rei is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #T3# Smith manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
