Mitterpach tries to clinch but Dado moves away #TD# and Dado counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Mitterpach! Dado staying calm. Dado's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Mitterpach is looking to reverse the position. Mitterpach is trying to work for a sweep but Dado has mounted him! Mitterpach flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mitterpach is desperately trying to improve his position but Dado has a good base and remains in mount. #R1# Mitterpach throws a lazy right hand but Vader sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Vader looks like he wants to counter punch here. Vader connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Vader jabs at Mitterpach's body. Mitterpach throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A decent looking cross lands there for Vader. Mitterpach fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Vader doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Mitterpach needs to keep his hands up - Vader had a free shot at his head there. No joy there for Mitterpach, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
#KD2# Vader feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mitterpach sprawling to the canvas! Mitterpach rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Vader finish him?!
#ROC2# Mitterpach is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vader cracks Mitterpach with a left hook right on the temple and Mitterpach goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Vader lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Mitterpach is OK!
