Aurelius taking a breather.#TD# Aurelius has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Tam is trying to keep an underhook but Aurelius manages to get the takedown into half guard. Tam has hold of Aurelius's hands but Aurelius slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.#CUT# It looks like Ktos Tam has been cut. Tam has hold of Aurelius's hands but Aurelius slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.#ROC# Tam is rocked!#CUT# That has opened up Ktos Tam's cut even more. Aurelius will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Aurelius lands strikes from half guard. Tam is still in real trouble! Can Aurelius finish him?#SUB# Aurelius is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tam is just riding it out for now. Aurelius eventually gives up the hold. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Aurelius lands a big elbow - Tam is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Aurelius!

MacAuliffe thuds his right hand into Tam's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.#CUT# It looks like Ktos Tam has been cut. Tam tries to clinch and MacAuliffe counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Tam off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - MacAuliffe follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Tam was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Baeddan MacAuliffe! A victorious Baeddan MacAuliffe thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.

Tam with a lazy takedown attempt and Kaufer counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Tam thinking. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Tam has eaten all the pies!#TD# Kaufer closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Tam's guard. Tam controls Kaufer momentarily but Kaufer frees himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tam tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tam wants to improve his position but instead Kaufer has moved into half guard.

Tam tries for a takedown but Kaufer circles away easily and Kaufer counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tam shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kaufer defends it nicely. As Tam tries to get set, Kaufer tries to push him back and clinch up but Tam manages to avoid the attempt. Tam should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Tam tries to land a sweep but no joy. Popov is in close to Tam's body, working some short punches and elbows. Popov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tam swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tam is trying to keep Popov in close.
