#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gilchrist shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Henry sprawls well. Henry wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gilchrist gets slowly back to his feet. Henry swings for the body but Gilchrist moves out of range.
Henry lands a head shot. Gilchrist uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Henry.
Gilchrist half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.#TD# Gilchrist decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Gilchrist is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Henry is just riding it out for now. Gilchrist eventually gives up the hold. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Gilchrist wants to work for an arm triangle but Henry is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
We've been hearing good reports from Gilchrist's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Henry is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Henry is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. #T1# Gilchrist passes to side control. #SUB# Gilchrist is working to tighten his grip on Henry's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Henry has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gilchrist is really squeezing tight and eventually Henry passes out! Gilchrist breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henry throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rahl counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Henry avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rahl. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rahl working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Rahl not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Rahl working Henry over with strikes. Ground and pound from Rahl. Rahl seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Rahl is pressing down on Henry's thigh, looking to free his foot. Henry is holding on for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rahl connects with a nice short shot to Henry's temple. Rahl thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Henry's head. Rahl is nestled in close to Henry, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rahl looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Henry with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Henry is rocked! Rahl lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Henry! More strikes land and this one is all over! Rahl jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

#R1# Henry lands with a straight right. Paplano didn't see that one coming. Henry displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Paplano throws out the jab. Paplano has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Paplano there as he acknowledges the shot. Henry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Paplano uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Henry. Paplano tries to counter with a takedown but Henry is quick to defend against it. Paplano looks to land a right hand but Henry moved out of range. Henry feints the counter takedown. Henry throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Henry throws a hook to the side of Paplano's head but Paplano sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Henry misses the jab. Paplano has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Henry connects with a jab. A combination from Paplano does no damage. A slow jab from Paplano misses its intended target. And Henry tries to counter it with a takedown but Paplano pushes his down on his head and steps out. Paplano on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Henry! Paplano is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!

#R1# Henry scores with a nice strike. Tarlah shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Henry sprawls well. Henry wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tarlah gets slowly back to his feet. Henry drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Tarlah defends it well. Tarlah on the wrong end of a nice jab.#CUT2# It looks like Balink Tarlah has been cut. Henry loads up on a big right hand but Tarlah slips the punch.#TD# Tarlah shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Henry napping and manages to drive through into side control! You can see the frustration on Henry's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tarlah controls the position. Tarlah in side control lands a decent elbow. Tarlah controls the position. Tarlah in side control, throwing shots but Henry defends. #T1# The ground and pound from Tarlah seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Henry looking for a sweep but Tarlah has passed into full mount! Oh no! Tarlah takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Tarlah with shots to the head and body - Henry looks very uncomfortable down there. Tarlah scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Henry wants to control but Tarlah is having none of it. Tarlah thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Tarlah breaks from Henry's wrist control and lands an elbow. #T2# Tarlah lands a big shot there that rocks Henry but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
#ROC# Henry is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tarlah lands a big shot to the head and Henry winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!

#R1# Henry lunges at Nakamoto with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nakamoto's hand. John Henry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nakamoto walks into a left hand. A jab from Henry misses. Henry missing with a left hand there. Nakamoto was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Nakamoto avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Nakamoto tries to clinch up. A looping hook to the body misses from Henry. Nakamoto does a little dance to reset his feet. Nakamoto misses with a body kick. A combination from Nakamoto does no damage. #CL# Henry rushes Nakamoto and presses him up against the ropes. Nakamoto can't find room to land a body shot as Henry controls the action.
Henry misses with a punch on the inside.
Henry definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Henry lands on the inside with an uppercut. Henry blocking some punches.
Henry cracks Nakamoto with a nice body shot. A shot in the inside from Henry. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Henry goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Henry misses with a short punch on the inside. Henry scores with an uppercut up the middle. Nakamoto looking to throw knees to the head but Henry is blocking nicely.

#T1# Nakamoto throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Henry blocks it with crossed arms. Still in the clinch, Henry scores with a nice short uppercut. Henry lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Henry dodges an elbow strike from Nakamoto.
Nakamoto tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Henry. Nakamoto with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Henry lands a left hand that snaps the head of Nakamoto backwards. Nakamoto struggles to land a body shot inside as Henry controls his hands.
A nice right hand lands inside from Henry. A quick uppercut on the inside from Henry. Henry avoiding damage as Nakamoto throws knees to the body.
Henry stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Henry lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Henry lands a right hand that snaps the head of Nakamoto backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Henry on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Henry scores with an uppercut up the middle.#ROC# Nakamoto is rocked! Henry lands a right hand. Nakamoto is still on wobbly legs! Can Henry finish him? A quick uppercut on the inside from Henry. Henry unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Nakamoto! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but Henry is unloading with more strikes now! Nakamoto drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

A very excited looking John Henry made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

#R1# Necktor is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Henry drops down looking for a counter takedown but Necktor sprawls and moves away. Henry throws a body shot but no joy. Necktor tries to counter with a clinch but Henry shakes him off and moves away. Necktor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Henry throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Henry swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Despite the aggression on Necktor's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Necktor gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Henry. Necktor is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
#KD# Henry feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Necktor sprawling to the canvas! Necktor rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Henry finish him?!
#ROC# Necktor is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Henry throws an overhand right that drops Necktor like a sack of potatoes! Henry dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

#R1# Henry scores with the left hand. Mavy knows he should have avoided that one. Mavy fails to land the takedown. Henry swings for the body but Mavy moves out of range.
Mavy tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Henry defends well and Mavy ends up having to push Henry into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Mavy looks for the body kick but Henry saw that one coming. Henry waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mavy. Henry lands a nice shot to the body.
Mavy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chace Mavy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Henry connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Henry thuds a left hand into Mavy's body. Mavy misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mavy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Henry. Mavy attempts a counter takedown but Henry avoids it well and moves away. Henry scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
