#R1##TD# Power looking to score a takedown here. Door is defending well but Power drives through and ends up in Door's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Door can do anything to dispel that myth. Power won't allow Door to sweep him here. Power trying to control but Door is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Door looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Door wants to control the position but Power says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Door wants to improve his position but Power is controlling well.
Power content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Power seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Door for as long as he can get away with. Power continues to stall.#SUB2# Door looking for submissions from an awkward position here.#T1# Power moves nicely into side control. Power wants to control but Door is keeping him busy. Door tries to get back to half guard but can't. Power is looking to take a break and control but Door is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #SU# Power stands up and we're back to a striking position. #T2# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Power fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Door misses with a wild combination.
No luck for Power with that takedown attempt. #CL# Power closes the distance and clinches. Power throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Door blocks it with crossed arms. Door drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A nice right hand lands inside from Door. #T3# Power tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Door smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chong Power. That's going to take a lot out of him. Power throws the kick towards the body but Door avoids it. Door misses with the combination.
Power darts in looking for a takedown but Door gets double underhooks and turns Power into the cage. Door with the counter takedown but Power avoids it easily. Power is breathing heavily. Door misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.#TD2# Door shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Door was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Door remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Power tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Door wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #T4# Power stops Door from passing to mount. Door wants to lay and pray for a moment but Power keeps working. #SUB2# Door is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Power has escaped the position, nice work there. Power avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Door. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Power dodges the ground and pound from Door. Door throwing shots but missing, from side control. Door working the strikes but Power uses the opportunity to regain half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Chong Power will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! #R2# Power tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Door defends well and Power ends up having to push Door into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#CL2# Door has Power up against the cage in a clinch.
Door scores with a shot to the side of Power's head. Door gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Power.
Power avoids the elbow strike from Door, against the cage.
#TD2# Door works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Door slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Door really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Power. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Door drops back, looking for a kneebar! Power looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Power looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Power! #REVR# The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Power wants to lay and pray for a moment but Door keeps working. #T1# Door is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Door struggling a bit here. Door stops Power from passing to mount. Power misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Door on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Power has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Door!#T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Door is desperately trying to improve his position but Power has a good base and remains in mount. Power throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Door tries to reverse the position but Power maintains control. Power looking to control and managing it successfully. Door is in all sorts of trouble here.
Door is squirming around, avoiding Power's attempts to control the action. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Door is looking to get to half guard.#T3# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Power trying to control but he's not successful this time. Power sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Door is desperately trying to improve his position but Power has a good base and remains in mount. Door is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Door is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
#T4# Power punishing his opponent with strikes. Door is working to get back to half guard.
Power can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Door is looking to escape. #SUB# Power has control of Door's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Door regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Power cracks Door with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chong Power dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round! #R3# Power fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Door avoids it really well and circles away. Door shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Power sprawls well. Power wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Door gets slowly back to his feet. Chong Power is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Power shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Door pinned against the cage. Door gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Door looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Door passes Power's right leg, so he's now in half guard. #T1# Power is trying to get back to full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.#SUB2# Door seems to be working for a kimura but Power defends the submission attempt. Door content to control rather than advance. #SUB2# Door is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

#T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Door looking to sit in guard and control but Power gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR# Power trying to control the position from guard on top but Door is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #SUB2# Door is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Power defends well. Power distracts Door with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.#T3# Door keeping full guard, as Power tries to pass. Door working a defensive guard here.
Power with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Door wants to sweep but no luck. Door keeping moving, preventing Power from controlling successfully. Door is trying to keep Power in close.
Door lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Power is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR##T4# Power working Door over with strikes. Door trying to control from the bottom.
Door moves into full guard.
Door trying to keep a closed guard but Power is proving a slippery customer.
Power trying to control but Door is working from the bottom. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#SUB2# Door looking for a guillotine here but Power defends easily.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chong Power. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Power, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
