#R1# Santos loads up on a big right hand but Mane slips the punch. Blackout Mane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A slow jab from Mane misses its intended target. Santos steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Mane. Mane throws the left hand but Santos avoids the punch easily. Santos lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mane lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Santos slips a straight right by Mane. And Santos tries to counter it with a takedown but Mane pushes his down on his head and steps out. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Mane. Santos takes a body punch but keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mane throws out a loose jab but Santos uses good head movement to avoid it. Santos takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Santos tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. #T4# Mane on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Mane tries to get back to half guard but can't. Santos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.#SUB2# Santos has hold of Mane's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Mane seems comfortable defending it but Santos has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Mane is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Mane is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Santos couldn't care less - he's delighted!

#R1##TD# King gets caught flat footed, as Santos shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.#SUB2# King looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Santos passes into half guard.
Santos tries to stand but his arm is trapped. King regains full guard. Nicely done. King is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB# The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# King wants to work for an arm triangle but Santos is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
