Chip is defending well against a takedown attempt. Pogorelic looking for a takedown. #BC2# Chip's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Pogorelic looks for a takedown but Chip sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jozo Pogorelic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pogorelic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pogorelic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Pogorelic tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chip swats him away and circles back towards the center. #TD2# Chip throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pogorelic tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Chip is in Pogorelic's guard. Chip stays in close to Pogorelic's body and controls the position. #SU2# Chip decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. #T1##CL2# Chip moves into range and clinches up with Pogorelic.#TD2# Chip gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chip looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Chip working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Pogorelic has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Chip is working away from the top position though. Pogorelic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chip on the ground. Pogorelic is looking to improve his position.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pogorelic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Chip pulls Pogorelic in close to his closed guard and prevents Pogorelic from doing any damage or advancing position.#SUB2# The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Chip looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Pogorelic trying to control the position from guard on top but Chip is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pogorelic looking to sit in guard and control but Chip gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVB# Chip is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Pogorelic tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruh Chip dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. #R2# Nice shot by Chip.#TD2# Chip looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Chip is standing up over Pogorelic. Pogorelic looks to escape but Chip dives into side control.
#REVR# Chip lands a decent elbow from side control. Chip controlling the position from side mount. Chip gets to mount! Pogorelic was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chip controlling his opponent. #T1# Chip tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Chip sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Chip lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Pogorelic is in a horrible position here. Chip smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
#SUB2# Chip jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Pogorelic manages to avoid the submission attempt. #T2# Chip wants to stand but Pogorelic is controlling his arm. Chip just content to control the position. Chip lands a few punches from side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chip taking a breather here. Chip tries to stand but Pogorelic is controlling his head. Pogorelic is letting Chip control him for a moment. #T3# Pogorelic wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Chip working the body and head with strikes. Chip is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Pogorelic's shoulder. That is not cool. Pogorelic on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Chip moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Chip scores with a couple of short elbows.#T4# Chip controls the position. Chip's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Chip wants to stand but Pogorelic has his arm trapped. Chip is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Chip tries to advance to mount but can't. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! You can see the frustration on Pogorelic's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Pogorelic wants to clinch but Chip slips to the side and Chip counters with a straight right hand.#ROC2# Pogorelic is rocked! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruh Chip showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! #R3# Chip lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Oh Pogorelic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fight stays on the outside here - Pogorelic looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Chip looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.#TD2# Excellent takedown into side control there by Chip. Chip has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Pogorelic looking for a sweep but Chip has passed into full mount! Oh no! Pogorelic takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.#SUB2# Chip looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.#SU2# Chip stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Jozo Pogorelic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!#TD2# Chip is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Pogorelic is in big trouble! Chip is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Pogorelic. Poor guy.
