Weathers stuns Doi with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.#CL#
Weathers closes the distance and clinches.
Weathers prevents Doi from breaking the clinch.#BC#
Weathers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.#CL#

Doi controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Doi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #T1#
Weathers wants to stand and escape but Doi is having none of it.

Weathers pushes Doi off and gets back to his feet.

and Weathers finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Weathers tries for a takedown but Doi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.#CL#

Doi tries to break free but Weathers pushes him back against the cage.
Weathers wants to take the fight to the mat but Doi manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.#BC#

Doi jumps guard but Weathers turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Weathers instigates a clinch.
Doi is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Doi looking to stall.
Weathers jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Doi walks away with a smile on his face. Weathers gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carl Weathers. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Weathers keeps the fight on the outside.
Weathers throws a counter high kick but Doi was just alert enough to avoid it.
Doi tries to land a front kick but Weathers steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A nice leg kick lands there from Weathers.
Weathers tries to score a power double leg takedown but Doi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Weathers somewhat.#T4#

Weathers lands with a thumping leg kick.

Weathers finds Doi's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Doi flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Weathers lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Doi will be OK.
