Pereyra throws a body shot but no joy. Pereyra throws a jab but it's blocked by Labosky. Labosky misses with a head kick.

Danga de danga de dang - Van Doen scores with a four punch combination! Pereyra avoids the head kick by Van Doen.
Van Doen has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Pereyra is landing a low percentage of strikes. Van Doen throws a leg kick which misses Pereyra's front leg but catches the back leg as Pereyra tries to avoid it. Van Doen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Van Doen throws a solid leg kick but Pereyra takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Van Doen. As Van Doen backs away, Pereyra returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Pereyra's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lee connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Pereyra scrambles back to his feet. Lee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jubbly shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jubbly was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Jubbly moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Pereyra on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Pereyra is being controlled here. Pereyra tries to buck Jubbly off but Jubbly is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jubbly advances to full mount. Jubbly lands with some strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jubbly tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jubbly is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Pereyra is forced to tap! Great finish!
