#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#CL# Gunn has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gibs looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Gibs lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Gunn.#TD# Gunn turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Gunn manages to end up in side control. Gibs parries the strikes from Gunn easily there. Gunn is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Gibs to escape.
Gunn prevents Gibs from escaping the position. Gunn is chipping away with strikes.
#SU# Gunn decides to take the fight back to the feet. Gunn's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gunn duly obliges. #CL# Gunn gets a clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Gunn looking to throw knees to the head but Gibs is blocking nicely.
A short right from Gunn on the inside. #TD# Gunn successfully pulls guard.
#ES# Gunn pushes Gibs off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. #CL# Gunn drives through and clinches with Gibs against the cage.
#T1# Gibs avoiding damage as Gunn throws knees to the body.
Gibs is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Gunn lands with a light punch inside. Gunn working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.#TD# Gunn turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Sloppy strikes there by Gunn. Check out the look on Gunn's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Gunn is chipping away with strikes.
#ROC#Gibs is rocked! We've been hearing that Gunn has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Gunn landing strikes. Gibs is still in real trouble! Can Gunn finish him? Gunn scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Gibs is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Gunn can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

#R1# Gibs wants to clinch. Gibs tries to grapple but his opponent circles #TD# and Glover counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Glover throwing shots but Gibs is blocking nicely. #SUB# Glover is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Still in half guard, Glover seems content to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glover is looking to take a break and control but Gibs is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #SUB# Glover is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gibs defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Glover is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Glover works his way into full mount! Glover controlling the position easily from mount. #T2##SUB# Glover is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Gibs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
#SUB# Glover is working for a guillotine from mount but Gibs frees his head quite easily.
Glover is breathing heavily. Gibs wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SU# Glover stands up from mount. Strange move. #CL# Glover drives through and clinches with Gibs against the cage.
Gibs tries to pull guard but Glover holds him up against the cage and eventually Gibs drops back down to his feet.

Glover lands a couple of decent looking shots. Glover sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gibs's guard. #SUB# Glover is looking for a kimura but Gibs is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Glover to get the leverage. #SUB# Glover maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Gibs could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Glover has cracked it and Gibs is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Glover!
