Nice straight punches there by Corona. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Corona. Corona tries to bum rush Vasconcelos with a series of wild strikes but Vasconcelos uses good footwork to avoid the assault. It seemed like Vasconcelos was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.#T1# Vasconcelos gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Vasconcelos tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Corona is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Vasconcelos buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Vasconcelos!! Vasconcelos is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Corona throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Novel Corona! Novel Corona bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it. |
