#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hassan fails with the takedown. White wants to counter the offense by Hassan and move into the clinch position. White throws out a loose jab but Hassan uses good head movement to avoid it. Hassan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hassan blocks a leg kick. Hassan shoots in for a double leg but White sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. White tries to counter by closing the distance. Hassan looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Killian Hassan. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD# Hassan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hassan lands in his opponent's guard.#ES2# White pushes Hassan off and scrambles back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White slaps away a takedown attempt from Hassan, before circling back to the center of the mat. White looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. White shoots in but Hassan avoids the takedown attempt easily.#T1# White throws a nice looking combination but Hassan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. White throws a hook to the side of Hassan's head but Hassan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.#TD# White gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. White keeping full guard, as Hassan tries to pass. #SUB# Hassan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and White dives on top into guard.#REVB# Hassan is trying to keep White in close.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.#SUB# Hassan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. #SUB# Hassan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. White gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. #T2# White looking to pass the guard. #SUB# White got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hassan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, White has managed to get both his arms back between Hassan's legs - danger averted.#SUB# Hassan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. White gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. This has been an exciting period of action! Hassan not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
#SUB# Hassan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. White doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. White manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. White postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Killian Hassan. I think Hassan has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# Fritz looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hassan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Hassan shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Fritz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hassan momentarily.
Hassan fails with a takedown attempt. Fritz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Nice defenses there by Fritz. Hassan misses with a two punch combination.
Fritz scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Left hook, right uppercut from Fritz. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fritz cracks Hassan with a right hand to the side of the head. Fritz lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Nice shot lands for Fritz. Hassan gets cracked there but stands up to it.
#TD# Hassan shoots in and gets a takedown into Fritz's guard.#T1# Fritz controls Hassan momentarily but Hassan frees himself. Hassan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Fritz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hassan is controlling him. Hassan engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #SU# Hassan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fritz, up you get! Hassan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Fritz. A cross from Fritz lands. Hassan fails with a takedown attempt. #T2# Hassan tries to move into range but Fritz moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Hassan has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Killian Hassan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fritz connects with a single shot there. Hassan looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Fritz lunges at Hassan with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hassan's hand. Hassan takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Fritz might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Fritz scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hassan tries to bum rush Fritz with a series of wild strikes but Fritz uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Fritz throws out a counter right but Hassan avoids it with no problem. Fritz stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.#ROC2# Hassan is rocked! The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fritz circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Hassan to the canvas! Hassan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Fritz keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

#R1##TD2# Hassan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Corona keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Corona on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Corona tries to get out of the position. Hassan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. #SUB2# Hassan is trying for a kimura here. Corona looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hassan wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Killian Hassan! An intense looking Killian Hassan took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'We are going to celebrate'.
