#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Van Holt feints a jab promting Oka to slip. Van Holt then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Oka slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Van Holt tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Oka drops down looking for a counter takedown but Van Holt sprawls and moves away. A nice combination there by Van Holt.
Van Holt moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Van Holt lands a lovely overhand right.#TD# Oka decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#SUB# Oka is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Oka maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Van Holt could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Oka has cracked it and Van Holt is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Oka!

#R1# Van Holt misses with a double jab.
#CL# Van Holt forces Roughan back against the cage and clinches. Van Holt landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Van Holt misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Roughan.
Roughan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Van Holt wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Van Holt tries to circle away but Roughan has him pinned against the cage. Van Holt looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Roughan blocks an elbow strike from Van Holt.
#BC# Van Holt breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Van Holt looks to land a combination but Roughan avoids it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Van Holt lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Roughan avoids a kick to the body.
Roughan shoots in looking for a takedown but Van Holt manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Roughan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.#TD2# Roughan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Van Holt manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.#T1##SUB2# Roughan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Roughan lands a couple of decent looking shots. Roughan looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Van Holt looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Roughan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Van Holt works some decent striking defense from the bottom. #T2# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Van Holt pulls Roughan in close to prevent any damage. Roughan scoring with punches to the head and body. Roughan sitting in guard here, content to control. Van Holt is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Roughan wants to control from the top but Van Holt keeps moving. #SUB2# Roughan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Van Holt manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Roughan has Van Holt in his guard.#REVR##SUB2# Van Holt is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Roughan has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Van Holt is looking to defend but Roughan has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Van Holt! Roughan pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Van Holt taps out and this one is all over!

#R1# Van Holt stuffs the takedown. Bravo dives in for a single leg takedown but Van Holt sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A head kick misses from Van Holt. Bravo shoots in for a takedown but Van Holt shows good takedown defense. Robin Van Holt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Bravo. Danga de danga de dang - Van Holt scores with a four punch combination!#CUT# It looks like Eddie Bravo has been cut. Bravo fails with a takedown attempt. Van Holt was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. The fighters circle, before Van Holt throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bravo's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Van Holt lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Robin Van Holt! A very excited looking Robin Van Holt rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
