#R1# Chai fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chai shoots for a takedown but Silvey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Chai looks for a takedown but Silvey sprawls well. Chai takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Silvey dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Silvey lands with a good body shot. Silvey moves forwards but Chai connects with a nice, crisp jab.#CUT2# It looks like Anderson Silvey has been cut. Chai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silvey. Silvey attempts a counter takedown but Chai avoids it well and moves away. Chai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silvey manages to avoid it. Silvey lands a nice shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silvey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chai moves away.#T1# Chai shoots in and drives through. Silvey sprawls well. Silvey feinted with a counter takedown. Anderson Silvey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sandy Chai. Nice takedown defense from Silvey. No joy for Chai on that attempt. Silvey blocks a head kick by Chai.
Silvey gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Chai looks winded! Silvey connects with a body shot. Chai misses with a takedown attempt - Silvey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Chai is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Silvey.#TD# Silvey darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters are battling for position here. Chai manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Silvey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chai on the ground.#T2# Chai trying to control the position.
Silvey would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.#REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.#TD# Silvey fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Chai to the ground. Silvey is now in Chai's guard.#T3##SUB2# Chai has his feet on Silvey's thighs here. He's pushed Silvey off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Silvey screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

#R1##CL# Gerrard closes the distance and clinches. Gerrard effectively controlling the action here. Gerrard goes for a takedown in the clinch but Silvey prevents it.

#TD2# Silvey has picked Gerrard up - he's going for a ride! Silvey dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Silvey tries to stand and escape but Gerrard is controlling the position. #SUB# Silvey gets to his feet but Gerrard grabs hold of a leg and swivels beautifully into a kneebar. Silvey falls to the floor but he can't defend the quick submission attempt and has to tap quickly to save his knee ligaments! Very nice work from Gerrard!

#R1# Pinheiro lands a jab.#CL2# Pinheiro closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Pinheiro using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Silvey has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Pinheiro lands a right hand. Pinheiro is leaning against Silvey and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Pinheiro effectively controlling the action here. Pinheiro lands on the inside with an uppercut. #CUT2# It looks like Anderson Silvey has been cut. Silvey goes for a takedown in the clinch but Pinheiro prevents it.
Pinheiro is defending well against a takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pinheiro is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Silvey is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Pinheiro is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anderson Silvey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Still in the clinch, Pinheiro scores with a nice short uppercut. Silvey has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Pinheiro after a bit of a struggle. Silvey changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Pinheiro fights it off and pushes away nicely.
#T1# Pinheiro works Silvey's body with a nice hook. Silvey finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Pinheiro's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Silvey falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
