Yupanqui drops Bravo with a naaaaasty hook - Bravo is in real trouble here! Yupanqui dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

#R1##TD2# Donegal shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.#ES# Bravo has one foot on Donegal's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Eddie Bravo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD2# Donegal shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Donegal was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! This has been an exciting period of action! Bravo tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bravo is trying to control Donegal's posture but Donegal avoids it. #SUB2# Donegal working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Donegal misses with an attempted head punch from side control. #T1# Bravo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Donegal off and has taken his back! Donegal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bravo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Even with his hooks in, Bravo manages to miss with strikes from the back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bravo is trying to stick to Donegal's back but Donegal is turning into Bravo. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bravo's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Donegal.#SUB# Bravo is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Donegal has his hands clasped together but Bravo extends and breaks Donegal's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bravo.

#R1# Van Holt stuffs the takedown. Bravo dives in for a single leg takedown but Van Holt sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A head kick misses from Van Holt. Bravo shoots in for a takedown but Van Holt shows good takedown defense. Robin Van Holt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eddie Bravo. Danga de danga de dang - Van Holt scores with a four punch combination!#CUT# It looks like Eddie Bravo has been cut. Bravo fails with a takedown attempt. Van Holt was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. The fighters circle, before Van Holt throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Bravo's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Van Holt lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Robin Van Holt! A very excited looking Robin Van Holt rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
