#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gull tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tyler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Tyler jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Steven Gull seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyler slaps away a takedown attempt from Gull, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gull shoots in and drives through. Tyler sprawls well. Gull tries to clinch and Tyler counters with a nice leg kick. Gull blocks a head kick by Tyler.
Tyler throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gull fails with a takedown attempt. Yves Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Gull. Gull shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tyler defends it nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler stuffs the takedown. As Gull backs away, Tyler returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Gull tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tyler defends well and Gull ends up having to push Tyler into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Gull with a lazy takedown attempt and Tyler counters with a nice leg kick. Gull looks winded! Gull has his takedown stuffed and Tyler counters with a straight right hand. A solid leg kick lands there for Tyler.
Gull has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.#T2# Gull has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Tyler. Tyler goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Tyler feints and then cracks Gull's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gull down. Tyler lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Gull tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gull is looking to clinch. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tyler. Gull shrugs it off though. Gull takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Tyler sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gull's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Gull on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Gull showed some decent athleticism there. This has been an exciting period of action!#SUB2# Gull is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tyler is just riding it out for now. Gull eventually gives up the hold. Tyler is controlling Gull's trapped leg to prevent Gull from advancing to side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yves Tyler dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.#R2##TD2# Gull drives through with a takedown into Tyler's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Gull stays in close to Tyler's body and controls the position. Gull is continuing to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Tyler can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gull controls the pace. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.#T1##SUB2# Gull thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Gull dives in and grabs Tyler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tyler pushes down on Gull's head and hops out. Tyler avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The referee asks Gull politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Gull prefers to stall for the moment though. Tyler wants to get back to his feet but Gull drags him back down. Gull takes a little break here. Tyler wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Gull cracks Tyler with a big right hand but Tyler just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Gull controls the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The adventures of Gull the control monster continue. Boring. Gull working the head and body with strikes. Gull moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Tyler takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

#T4# Gull staying calm. Let's hope that Gull has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Tyler tries to buck Gull off but Gull is having none of it. Gull content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gull works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Steven Gull will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Gull doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tyler counters with a low kick, right behind Gull 's knee. Gull is looking to clinch. Gull tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tyler swivels and escapes.#CL2# Gull instigates a clinch. Gull is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tyler pulls him back up using the underhooks. Yves Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Gull. Gull wants to take the fight to the mat but Tyler manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.#T3# Gull drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Tyler gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Tyler regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Gull won't allow Tyler to get back to his feet. Gull is stalling in the full guard. Tyler wants to stand but Gull is controlling the position. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Tyler here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Tyler has momentary wrist control but Gull slips an elbow through the middle.#T4# Gull's corner is telling him to maintain position. Gull won't allow Tyler to get back to his feet. Gull seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Gull's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Tyler has momentary wrist control but Gull slips an elbow through the middle. Gull engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Gull lands a couple of decent looking shots. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tyler wants to stand up but Gull is controlling him.
And that's the end of the fight! Steven Gull comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Gull has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# A decent looking cross lands there for Fiorini. A decent looking body kick lands there for Tyler. Tyler throws a front kick aimed at Fiorini's knee but Fiorini avoids it well. Fiorini sizes up Tyler with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Donatelo Fiorini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyler looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Tyler has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tyler there as he acknowledges the shot. Tyler fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fiorini has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Fiorini tests Tyler's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fiorini with a nice cross. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fiorini moves out of range as Tyler throws a body kick.

Fiorini looks to score with a jab to the body but Tyler is just out of range. Fiorini lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Tyler is still on wobbly legs! Can Fiorini finish him? Tyler gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Fiorini gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

#R1# Richards tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tyler swivels and escapes. The fighters circling - Tyler throws out the jab but it was never going to land. It looked like Richards was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Richards misses with a takedown attempt and Tyler cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Tyler lands with a right hand. Richards misses with a wild combination.
Richards with a poor takedown and Tyler counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roddy Richards. That's going to take a lot out of him. Richards dives in for a single leg takedown but Tyler sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Richards goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Tyler dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Richards. That did some damage! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler thumps Richards with a low kick. Tyler is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. And that's the end of the fight! Yves Tyler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Tyler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. #R1# Mckean doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tyler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. James Mckean seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jab from Tyler.#TD# Mckean drives through with a takedown into guard. Tyler looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mckean is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Mckean's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mckean keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tyler's head. Mckean sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tyler's guard. #SUB# Mckean is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mckean trying to mount his opponent but Tyler defends it. #T1# Mckean content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. #SUB# Mckean is looking for a kimura. Tyler slaps away a takedown attempt from Adamek, before circling back to the center of the mat. No luck for Adamek with that takedown attempt. Tyler connects with a solid leg kick. Adamek goes for a double leg but Tyler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tyler continues to drive forward. Tyler feinted there with a counter leg kick. Yves Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomasz Adamek. No joy there for Adamek, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Tyler looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Adamek goes for a double leg but Tyler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tyler continues to drive forward. Tyler was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Tyler misses with a head kick.

#R1# Exotic fails miserably with a takedown attempt. A little feinted left hand from Tyler on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Exotic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tyler's waist but Tyler gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Exotic off to one side. Exotic with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Tyler to counter with a crisp jab. Yves Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Exotic. Exotic looks winded! Tyler scores with a leg kick.
Tyler lands with a nice body kick. Tyler throws a sloppy head kick and Exotic moves out of range easily. Tyler shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. An inside leg kick lands from Tyler. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Exotic avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Exotic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tyler but Tyler pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tyler throws out a loose jab but Exotic uses good head movement to avoid it. #T1# Exotic avoids the head kick by Tyler.

Tyler has had enough of the clinch but Exotic keeps him there for the moment. Exotic has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Tyler avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Exotic dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.#TD2# Exotic pulls guard successfully.
Exotic is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB# Tyler missing with punches from the bottom.

#R1# Tyler buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mardle throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Mardle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tyler circles away quickly and effectively. Mardle misses with a wild body shot. Mardle keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mardle connects with a body shot. Mardle connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Tyler's hands. A decent looking cross lands there for Tyler. Mardle moves out of range of the body kick. Mardle takes a swing at Tyler's ribcage but misses. A countering left hand to the body from Tyler misses.#KD# Mardle cracks Tyler with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Tyler looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mardle finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mardle digs a good body shot into Tyler's ribs. Mardle lands a lovely overhand right. Mardle with a body punch. A glancing blow. Tyler looks winded! Mardle dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Mardle steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Tyler is out on his feet! Mardle sets himself and nearly takes Tyler's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
