Bromham landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bromham moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bateman is looking for a sweep. The ground and pound from Bromham seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Bromham controlling the position. #T1# Bromham working the head with strikes. Bromham has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. A lull in the action here. Bateman is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Bromham is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. It looks like Bromham might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. You can see the frustration on Bateman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Bateman looking to sit in guard and control but Bromham gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Bromham controlling from the top position. Bateman wants to sweep here but Bromham controlling him for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3# Bromham advances position into side control! Bateman is letting Bromham control him for a moment. Bateman could be in trouble here!

#SUB2# Bateman is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Bromham gets his way!

Bateman swings for the body but Fury moves out of range.
Bateman throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bateman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
#TD# Bateman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bateman postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bateman throws a big right hand that misses. Fury keeping moving, preventing Bateman from controlling successfully. Bateman wants to pass the guard but Fury is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fury preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bateman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Fury is looking to stand up but Bateman isn't so interested in that idea. #T1##REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Bateman throws a hook to the side of Fury's head but Fury sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Bateman lands a right hook to the body.
Tyson Fury is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fury throws a looping overhand right but Bateman ducks down to avoid it. Bateman misses with a low kick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bateman misses with an uppercut. Bateman looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Bateman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fury but Fury pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bateman throws a big shot that misses. Bateman thuds his right hand into Fury's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. No joy there for Bateman, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Bateman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fury scores with a jab to the jaw. Bateman throws a big shot that misses. Bateman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fury's waist but Fury gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bateman off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Bateman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bateman misses with a leg kick and Fury counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fury swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bateman. Bateman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fury can do to turn this around?#CL2# Bateman gets tackled into the cage by Fury. Fury maintains the clinch. Bateman wants to break the clinch but can't.

Nope, Fury circles away and we're back to standing. Bateman takes a kick to the side of the head. Bateman looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Bateman throws a lazy right hand but Fury sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Fury lands a head kick. Bateman smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Bateman misses with a looping right. Fury looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Bateman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fury sprawls well. Fury wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bateman gets slowly back to his feet. A low kick from Bateman is predictable there and Fury counters with a head kick. That will keep Bateman thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Bateman throws a leg kick that is checked and Fury counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bateman is lucky that one didn't land flush. Fury sizes up Bateman with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Nice jab there from Fury. Bateman misses with a double jab

A battle for position here, against the cage. Both guys are working to get underhooks. #T4# Fury working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Fury unleashes a big counter combination but Bateman bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Horrible takedown attempt by Bateman or perhaps it was just good defense by Fury, which made it look bad.
And that's the end of the fight! Tyson Fury comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Fury has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whitting tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bateman paws at him with a jab and circles away. Whitting's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bateman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Whitting scrambles back to his feet. Whitting slips a jab and a cross from Bateman.
Bateman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.#TD# Bateman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Whitting's guard. Bateman showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Bateman with a nice head shot there. Whitting has Bateman pulled in close to control his posture. Bateman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Bateman postures up and lands a big shot to Whitting's brow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bateman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Whitting wants to stand up but Bateman is controlling him. Bateman's corner is telling him to maintain position.#T1# Bateman is looking to work some ground and pound but Whitting has wrist control. Whitting told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Muise manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bateman throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
It seemed like Muise was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Muise swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bateman. Muise lands with an overhand left. Muise's corner calls for a 1-2. Muise obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Muise looks more muscular than last time we saw him.
