Wiener dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Stocker Ii. That did some damage!
Wiener is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wiener blocks the body kick.
Stocker Ii misses with a takedown attempt
and Wiener counters with a body kick.
Stocker Ii blocks the body kick.
Stocker Ii takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Joseph Stocker Ii has been cut.
Wiener looks for the body kick but Stocker Ii saw that one coming.
Wiener looks to land a body kick but Stocker Ii moved away.
Stocker Ii throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wiener's waist but Wiener gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stocker Ii off to one side.
A head kick misses from Wiener.
Stocker Ii loads up on a big right hand but Wiener slips the punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wiener keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joseph Stocker Ii. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Stocker Ii tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wiener paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wiener thuds his shin into the meat of Stocker Ii's side.
Stocker Ii is breathing heavily.
Wiener throws a body shot but no joy.
Wiener circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Stocker Ii drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Wiener follows Stocker Ii to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Stocker Ii closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. #SUB#
Stocker Ii is working to tighten his grip on Vendal's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Vendal has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Stocker Ii is really squeezing tight and eventually Vendal passes out! Stocker Ii breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Joseph Stocker Ii!
