Nal fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tiger avoids it really well and circles away.
Tiger shoots in for a double leg but Nal sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.#TD#
Tiger is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Nal's half guard.
Nal is looking to improve his position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tiger prevents Nal from standing back up.
Nal manages to get to full guard.
Tiger wants to get up but he can't break Nal's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. #T1#

Nal working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tiger doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Nal is tightening it up a little... Tiger has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Tiger reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Tiger taps out! Nice BJJ there by Nal!

Covid tries to score a body lock takedown but Nal shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Nal's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nal avoids the head kick by Covid .

Nal has taken the fight to the clinch.

Nal gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Nal seems to be looking for submissions.
Covid really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nal. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Covid on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Covid is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Nal pulls his head out easily.
Nal performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Covid looks like he's trying to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nal prevents Covid from improving his position.
Nal landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Covid wants to get back to full guard.
Covid is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Nal scores with a couple of nice shots.
Nal lands strikes from half guard.
Nal tries to pass to full mount but Covid defends it.

Nal stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Covid to get to his feet.

Nal gets a takedown into half guard.
Covid tries to kick Nal off in order to stand up. Nal Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Nal takes a little break here. Covid wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Nal working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Covid is trying to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Nal stands up and beckons Covid to his feet.
Covid throws a sloppy head kick and Nal moves out of range easily.
Nal really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Nal closes the distance and clinches.
Nal prevents Covid from breaking the clinch.
Covid tries to pull guard but Nal holds him up against the cage and eventually Covid drops back down to his feet.

Teodor Nal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Covid .
Covid struggles to land a body shot inside as Nal controls his hands.
Nal taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Nal escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nal closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Covid quickly recovers to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Covid tries to kick Nal off but Nal keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Covid trying to hold on to Nal's head to control him but Nal postures up.
Nal working the head and body with strikes.
Nal perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Nal seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Nal stands up and beckons Covid to join him on the feet.
Nal thumps Covid with a low kick.
Covid has a takedown stuffed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Teodor Nal dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nal connects with a leg kick. Covid looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Teodor Nal is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Nal looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Nal is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Nal drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nal jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Nal pushes down on Covid 's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Nal looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Nal stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Covid to get to his feet.

Nal moves into range and clinches up with Covid .
Covid tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Nal breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nal keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Nal shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Covid napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Nal decides to stand up, so the ref orders Covid to his feet.

Covid gets caught napping as Nal dives in and scores a takedown. Covid manages to retain guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nal pushing down on Covid 's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Nal looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Nal maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Covid could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Nal has cracked it and Covid is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Nal!

Mariusz tests Nal's chin there with a solid looking shot.#CUT#
It looks like Teodor Nal has been cut.
Nal's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mariusz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Nal scrambles back to his feet.
Nal gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Mariusz gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Nal is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
