London changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Turiama slaps away a takedown attempt from London, before circling back to the center of the mat. London fails with a takedown attempt. London shoots for a takedown but Turiama saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Ronald Turiama has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Layla London. A telegraphed takedown attempt from London is defended easily by Turiama. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#KD# Turiama lands a big head kick that sends London tumbling to the mat! Turiama takes a step backwards and waves London back to his feet - he wants the finish!#ROC#London is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Layla London has been cut. Layla London seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Turiama clinches up with London and pushes him back against the cage. Turiama lands a damaging elbow. Turiama stalling.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#TD# Scott drives through with a takedown into guard. #SUB2# London escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Scott gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Scott advances to half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Scott connects with a nice short shot to London's temple. London has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Scott is working away from the top position though. Scott controlling the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. London trying to hold on to Scott's head to control him but Scott postures up.

London looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. London trying to control here.

That will dishearten London somewhat.

Akgyz Kasym had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 162.4, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Layla London was cancelled. |

#R1# A nice combination there by Callen.
Callen lands with a shot to the body. London takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
#ROC# London is rocked! Callen keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. London is still on wobbly legs! Can Callen finish him? London fails to land the takedown. It looked like Callen wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. London seems to have recovered his senses. London gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Callen counters with a nice body shot. Bryan Callen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Layla London. London throws a wild hook but Callen just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! London gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Callen raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

London looking for a sweep but Diokane has passed into full mount! Oh no! Diokane tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. London is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Diokane sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Diokane moves to back control. #SUB# Diokane tightening his grip on London, looking for the choke. Diokane just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
