and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Jones misses with an uppercut. Jones misses with a wild body shot. Murdock is looking for the big counter here. Jones swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Murdock counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jones's knee momentarily. Murdock throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jones makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. A jab from Jones does it's job there. Murdock tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away. Murdock takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

That sent Kesik stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Jones has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Kesik is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Mcnair cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Jones takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Jones cracks Mcnair with a right hand to the side of the head. Jones drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Mcnair misses with a lunging right hand
and Mcnair takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
