Glover darts in looking for a takedown but Francis gets double underhooks and turns Glover into the cage.
Glover shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Francis as he jumps to the side.
Francis lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Francis is defended easily by Glover.
Francis fails with the takedown
and Glover counters with a nice leg kick.
Francis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Glover sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Francis somewhat.
Jason Glover has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorge Francis.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
No luck for Francis with that takedown attempt.
Glover circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Francis drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Glover follows Francis to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Edson lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Edson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Edson won't allow Glover to sweep him here.
Glover is trying to control the position but Edson postures up.
Glover pulls Edson in close to his closed guard and prevents Edson from doing any damage or advancing position.

Glover isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Edson stacks Glover on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Edson!
