Bird looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bird slips a jab and a cross from Guzman.
Bird walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Guzman connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Bird has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Bird will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Guzman swats away the attempt to clinch by Bird.
Bird walks into a stiff left hand from Guzman.
Bird shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Guzman swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Miguel Angel Guzman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Geezer Bird.
Bird wants to clinch up but Guzman keeps it at a distance.

and Boovaine counters with a low kick, right behind Guzman 's knee.
Boovaine moves forwards but Guzman connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Boovaine looks to land a body kick but Guzman moved away.
Guzman lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Boovaine defending well as Guzman loads up on a big left hand.
And Boovaine responds with a good body kick, but Guzman manages to step out the way in time.
