Loud tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Loud looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Allen connects with a high kick. Allen scores with a head kick. Loud tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Allen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Loud is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Loud throws a shot from downtown. Allen moves away and avoids it. Peter Allen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Allen throws a head kick that misses. A head kick by Allen misses and Loud counters with a nice body shot. This has been an exciting period of action! Allen pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Allen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Loud takes a swing at Allen's ribcage but misses. A low kick lands for Allen.

Scourge is trying hard to land a takedown here. Allen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Nice body kick there by Allen. Allen fakes the leg kick and cracks Scourge in the body. Allen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A low kick lands for Allen.

Steel tries to move into full mount but can't pass Allen's legs. Steel lands an elbow. #CUT2#It looks like Peter Allen has been cut. Steel lands some shots froms side control.#CUT2#Peter Allen's cut is getting worse. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Allen tries to get back to half guard but can't. Steel working away. Allen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Allen tries to get out of the position. Steel wants to control but Allen is keeping him busy. Check out the look on Steel's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

#R1##TD2# Steel feints and as Allen raises his hands in defense, Steel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB# Allen is looking for a triangle but Steel pushes his legs off easily.
Steel lands a couple of decent looking shots.#SUB2# Steel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Steel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Steel scoring with some ground and pound. #CUT2# It looks like Peter Allen has been cut. Allen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Steel manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVR# Allen trying to control the position from guard on top but Steel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Steel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Allen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position.
