Petrov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.#TD#
Petrov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Petrov throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rivera works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Rivera really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Petrov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
