The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Hasselhoff does no damage. Hasselhoff steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Slezina. Hasselhoff seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Covid Hasselhoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big right from Hasselhoff misses. Hasselhoff lunges at Slezina with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Slezina's hand. Slezina shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hasselhoff sprawls well. Hasselhoff wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Slezina gets slowly back to his feet. Hasselhoff misses with a hook. Slezina ducked under it nicely. Hasselhoff throws a right hand that Slezina ducks under and follows up with a left that Slezina also avoids with ease. Slezina flicks out a counter leg kick but Hasselhoff steps away. Slezina showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hasselhoff.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hasselhoff misses with a two punch combination.
A big left from Hasselhoff misses. Hasselhoff looks to throw the jab but Slezina is out of range. Slezina staying out of range there. Hasselhoff is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Slezina. That's one minute gone in the round. Hasselhoff misses with a wild combination.
Slezina only half commits to the counter leg kick. Slezina looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Hasselhoff swings widly with a right hand
and Slezina counters with a nice leg kick. Covid Hasselhoff is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hasselhoff looks to clinch and Slezina connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Hasselhoff rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Slezina counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Hasselhoff off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Slezina follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Hasselhoff was out before he hit the floor.
