Bonny prevents Von Darch from breaking the clinch.
Von Darch swings wildly with an uppercut but Bonny uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bonny stalling in the clinch.
Bonny lands a left hand that snaps the head of Von Darch backwards.
Bonny lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Bonny lands a hook to the side of the head.
Our sources have told us that Von Darch has been working on his elbows in the gym.

A very excited looking William Bonny rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed. |

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Von Darch enables Fudd to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Von Darch manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fudd throwing strikes but missing.
Fudd slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fudd throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fudd postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Von Darch covers up, he's hurt! Fudd keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Fudd and the ref steps in to end the fight! Fudd can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Eldar Fudd decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. |

Polynikes gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Von Darch fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Polynikes, pushing him back against the cage.
Polynikes avoiding damage.
Von Darch looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Von Darch tries to break free but Polynikes pushes him back against the cage.
Von Darch tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Polynikes's elbow.
Von Darch is trying to pull guard but Polynikes turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Polynikes wants the takedown. Von Darch is fighting it off but Polynikes persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Von Darch's guard against the cage.
Polynikes not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Polynikes would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
