Panda is not content to let Uroway control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Uroway works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Uroway working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Panda regains half guard.
Uroway is trying to control the action in half guard but Panda is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Panda has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Uroway rolls with it to try and escape but Panda cranks on the arm and Uroway is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Reed misses the jab.
Uroway staying out of range there.
Uroway ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Reed moves away.
Reed misses the shot to the body.
Uroway drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Reed defends it well.
Reed throws the left hand but Uroway avoids the punch easily.
And Uroway tries to counter it with a takedown but Reed pushes his down on his head and steps out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brown shoots in but no luck this time.
Brown goes for a double leg but Uroway avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Uroway continues to drive forward.
Uroway now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Ostry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Uroway's waist but Uroway gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ostry off to one side.
Horrible takedown attempt by Ostry or perhaps it was just good defense by Uroway, which made it look bad.
Uroway appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Ostry closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Uroway did well to prevent Ostry getting side control.
