#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway!#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Pham enables Dormmamu to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pham manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Dormmamu stands and throws Pham's legs to the side, diving into side control. Pham knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dormmamu on the ground. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Pham is trying to improve his position. Pham trying to remain calm as Dormmamu controls from the top position. Pham taking punishment in the form of punches.
Dormmamu grinds an elbow into Pham's temple. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU2# Dormmamu decides to stand back up. Dormmamu throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
#TD2# Dormmamu feints and as Pham raises his hands in defense, Dormmamu changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Dormmamu is standing up over Pham. Pham looks to escape but Dormmamu dives into side control.
#T1##REVR# Dormmamu is staying tight to Pham's torso, preventing him from escaping. #SUB2# Dormmamu is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pham is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dormmamu happy to just control the position for now. Pham tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Dormmamu easily slips into full mount! #T2# Dormmamu avoids the attempt from Pham to control. Pham tries to control Dormmamu's body but Dormmamu pushes him off. Pham squirms to his side and now Dormmamu has his back! Dormmamu slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
You can see the frustration on Pham's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Dormmamu is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Dormmamu is looking to finish with some ground and pound!#T3# Pham just trying to survive but Dormmamu is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. #SUB2# Dormmamu is cranking Pham's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Pham! He's tightened the choke and Pham is tapping out!
