An intense looking Nadeem Andersen took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'The King of the division is here to stay, nobody will take this belt off me,fellow 145ers, be prepared to lose your cognitive abilities, cause you will have to take a big amount of punishment if you ever step inside the octagon with me. Harvey, I just beat your protegee's ass, get me my paycheck now'.

Thud! ouch! good body kick from RatGregor - that will leave a mark!
RatGregor fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
RatGregor misses with a kick to the body.

A good leg kick by RatGregor.
Fagut darts in looking for a takedown but RatGregor gets double underhooks and turns Fagut into the cage.

A slapping leg kick lands for RatGregor.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

De Fagut had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 148.2, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Nadeem Andersen was cancelled.
So, the belt remains unclaimed. Very disappointing for everyone involved! |
