Still in half guard, Kurosawa seems content to control.

MacDonald refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of MacDonald's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

Kurosawa scores with a one two! Smackhead had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Kurosawa jabs at Smackhead's body.
Smackhead looks winded!
Kurosawa fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Kurosawa clobbers Smackhead with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kurosawa.
Kurosawa throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Kurosawa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kurosawa stuns Smackhead with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Kurosawa! Smackhead is out on his feet! Kurosawa rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Smackhead is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Smackhead is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Essential wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Essential steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Kurosawa's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Kurosawa just didn't come prepared.
