Murphy managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Durston.
Murphy is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Murphy is trying to work for a sweep but Durston has mounted him! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murphy tries to get back to half guard but can't. Murphy tries to hold on but Durston postures up. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. John throws a lazy head kick #TD2# so Murphy counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. John is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Murphy is controlling him. Murphy showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Murphy wants to stand but John is controlling his posture from full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Murphy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. John keeping full guard, as Murphy tries to pass. #T1# Murphy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as John works some decent striking defense from the bottom. That must have hurt him.#TD# Murphy closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kozlov to the mat! Kozlov manages to get full guard. Murphy trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. #SUB2# Murphy stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Kozlov has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Murphy manages to get his head free but now Kozlov has transitioned to an armbar! Murphy grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Kozlov! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
