#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Raeb throws a front kick that sends Otero stumbling back into the cage. Raeb thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Otero if he has to take too many more of those.
Otero takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Raeb connects with a looping right hand.
Raeb dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Otero. That did some damage! Raeb throws a nice outside leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Raeb thumps Otero with a low kick.#CL2# Raeb closes the distance and pushes Otero back into the cage.#T1# Otero is trying to stall.
Otero tries to stall but Raeb uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Raeb lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Raeb makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. A body shot lands from Raeb.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Raeb. Raeb working some nice short punches in the clinch. Otero tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Raeb just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joao Otero. That's going to take a lot out of him. Raeb digs a right hand into Otero's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Otero's gas tank. Otero is breathing heavily. Otero is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Raeb is keeping busy. Otero is trying to pull guard but Raeb turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Otero is trying to maintain a safe position but Raeb gets an underhook and turns Otero into the cage. Raeb lands a nice uppercut. Otero taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Raeb. Raeb lands a left hand.
Raeb digs a right hand into Otero's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Otero's gas tank. A body shot lands from Raeb.
Raeb gets through Otero's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Nice body punch from Raeb - that landed with a thud.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Raeb scores with a hook to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Yzzof Raeb comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Raeb has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
