A slow jab from Patel misses its intended target. Patel dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Patel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Patel misses the shot to the body. It seemed like Leopoldo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Patel thows a left - swing and a miss! Leopoldo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Patel throws an off balance right hand
enabling Leopoldo to counter with a crisp jab. Leopoldo uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Patel. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Leopoldo! But no joy. Patel scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Leopoldo looks winded! Patel tests Leopoldo's chin there with a solid looking shot.#KD# Patel lands a big right hand that sends Leopoldo crashing to the mat! Patel stays standing though and waves Leopoldo back to his feet!#ROC#Leopoldo is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Mike Leopoldo has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Patel ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Leopoldo's jaw. Leopoldo's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Patel does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Patel as he connects with a hook. Leopoldo ducks under a wild hook from Patel. Leopoldo walks into a left hand. Leopoldo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Patel takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Patel loads up on a big right hand but Leopoldo slips the punch. Leopoldo throws a body shot but no joy. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Patel! But no joy. A slow jab from Patel misses its intended target. Patel throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Leopoldo sees it coming and avoids it easily. Patel throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Patel throws the left hand but Leopoldo avoids the punch easily. Leopoldo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
#CUT#It looks like Marcus Patel has been cut. Leopoldo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Leopoldo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Game loads up on a big right hand but Patel slips the punch. Game throws a big shot that misses. Patel throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Game connects with a looping right hand.
Patel throws a jab when Game was well out of range. A counter left hand to the body from Game misses its target. Game punishes Patel's body with a nice straight punch. Patel jabbing away but nothing is landing. The crowd cheers as Game lands an impressive looking overhand right. Patel doesn't seem phased though. Some wild striking there from Game.
Patel doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Game misses with a hook. Patel ducked under it nicely. It seemed like Patel was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A slow jab from Patel misses its intended target. Game moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. This has been an exciting period of action! Grind Game seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Game avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Good shot there by Game. Game tries to bum rush Patel with a series of wild strikes but Patel uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Patel has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Game finds it's way round the side to connect with Patel's head. Game is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Game swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dent takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Patel clobbers Dent with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Nice body punch from Patel. #TD# Dent throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Patel tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dent is in Patel's guard.#SUB# Dent thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Patel trying to keep a closed guard but Dent is proving a slippery customer.
