The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnston takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Cabo explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Cyril Cabo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cabo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Johnston.

Johnston throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Cabo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Johnston is in Cabo's guard.
Johnston sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Cabo's guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Johnston in particular looking to stall.
